Extruded profiles with Flash anodizing and a powder coating layer. Flash anodizing is integrated into the vertical coating system. It allows pre-treating the profiles with a flash oxide layer, without the seal stage, (between 3-8 Mic.) This protects the powder coated profile from corrosion and is an excellent alternative to chromate, especially for the architectural industry In high corosive enviorments. Can be applied in variety of industries including the building and construction industry (windows, doors, and curtain walls), the electronics, defense, automobile, transportation, and solar industries, as well as furniture, greenhouses, lighting and many more. The profiles are made from 100% post-consumer aluminium.
