PCR Open Consultation
Open consultation is the third step in the development of a PCR. The consultation is a digital, transparent and open process, where all interested stakeholders are welcome to contribute by commenting on the draft PCR. The open consultation is a process for collectively ensuring credibility and acceptance of the PCR.
An open consultation is a collaborative effort led by the PCR stakeholder consultation group, which brings together diverse and engaged stakeholders to ensure broad knowledge and geographical representation relevant to the scope of the PCR. The group is identified by the PCR Committee and the Secretariat of IES and notified at the start of the open consultation period. Stakeholders not included in the PCR stakeholder consultation group are also welcome to comment in the open consultation.
The PCR Moderator collects comments on the draft PCR and uses these as the basis to improve the draft PCR and prepare it for the next stage of the development process, the PCR review and approval by the Technical Committee.
