Clay Bricks
Clay Bricks manufactured by CHALKIS LTD are ceramic masonry units produced from natural red clay extracted from local deposits in Voiotia, Greece. The raw clay is blended with petcoke, finely milled, homogenized with water, shaped through extrusion, dried, and fired at high temperatures to achieve a durable, dimensionally stable product with excellent mechanical properties. CHALKIS clay bricks are available in various geometries—including classic bricks, bulk formats, horizontal perforated eco-blocks, vertical perforated bricks, and Climablock units—each designed to meet specific structural, thermal, and construction performance requirements. These bricks are used in load-bearing and non-load-bearing walls, partition systems, and high-performance building envelopes, offering advantages such as strength, thermal mass, acoustic performance, and long-term durability. The product is delivered on pallets, wrapped with protective PE film, and is suitable for residential, commercial, and industrial construction applications.
