Structural Concrete / Calcestruzzo Strutturale (MI)

The products included in this EPD are pre-mixed structural concretes, supplied in 25 kg bags, designed for structural applications in civil and urban construction.

They are composed of siliceous aggregates (0–10 mm), cementitious binders, and specific additives. Depending on the formulation, may include structural polymer fibers, or specific technical adjustments to improve mechanical performance and workability.

In the hardened state, the concretes typically have a density of about 2,300 kg/m³, compressive strengths classes C25/30, and an elastic modulus of about 33,000 MPa. They are characterized by high workability (consistency class S4 – fluid), durability (exposure classes X0, XC1, XC2 according to UNI EN 206), and non-combustibility (Euroclass A1).

The application fields cover different construction needs, including:

•structural castings (beams, columns, foundations, walls);

•composite slabs and renovation works;

•masonry reinforcements (pilasters, bond beams, lintels in reinforced or confined masonry);

•exposed concrete elements (stairs, curbs, planters);

•pavements and sidewalks.
