Riseflor/Tecfloor Bare Finish Steel Raised Access Floor
This floor product included in the EPD is named Riseflor/Tecfloor Bare Finish Steel Raised Access Floor. The Bare Finish Steel Raised Access Floor System is designed to provide a versatile and durable solution for modern building requirements. It features a robust full-steel structure with independent four-corner support, ensuring stability and load-bearing capacity. The lower plane is constructed from the ST14 stretched plate, while the surface plane utilises SPCC hard steel, coated with epoxy resin for enhanced durability and safety. The floor panels are infilled with cement and equipped with lock holes at each corner for easy installation. The pedestals (brackets) are made from high-quality materials such as galvanised steel and die-casting aluminium, lead screw can be adjusted at discretion. This design allows for flexibility in installation and adaptation to various ground conditions. The Bare Finish Steel Raised Access Floor System are used in a variety of applications such as 5A class office, security union plaza, school, bank, futures trading building, places demanding cabling and wiring and the aging buildings' flooring reform.
