Grout Mortar

This EPD includes 3 different grout mortars, and it is based on the `SM GROUT 1000´ which is the most contaminant of the 3 products under this study. This high-performance cementious grout mortar is specifically formulated for backfilling and anchoring of structural elements. Classified under EN 1504-6, it is used for structural backfilling in building and backfilling of sheaths anchorages, joints or beam supports in civil works. It can be used for fillings between 10 and 300 mm without addition of larger aggregates.  

The product can be composed mainly by concrete and silica sand, it can also include carbonate and various additives. Supplied as dry mix, the mortar requires only the addition of water, offering ease of application through manual or mechanical methods. Suitable for creation of benches, fixing of metal structure slabs to concrete floors, posts and support of concrete floors, posts, and metal support points of pillars.
