SEALABLE RCS-Rail-Comfort-System

The Rail Comfort System (RCS) is an elastomer-based track embedding system for light rail and tram applications. It consists of prefabricated elastomeric profiles and mats that fully enclose the rail, providing defined elastic support and continuous electrical insulation between rail and surrounding concrete.

The system is designed to ensure stray current protection in accordance with EN 50122, reduce vibrations and noise emissions in urban environments, and extend the service life of rail infrastructure. RCS is suitable for different track constructions (embedded track, slab track, grooved and vignole rails) and can be adapted to specific project requirements. The main material used is synthetic elastomer, processed to achieve long-term durability under static and dynamic loads, weathering, and chemical influences.
