Vinyl-SPC Flooring

Vinyl-SPC Flooring are plank-shaped composite flooring products made from vinyl surface layer, stone plastic composite (SPC) core, primarily used for decorating and protecting the floors of residential and commercial buildings with superior waterproof performance and easy installation. This EPD report covers a product group of vinyl-SPC flooring products with consistent manufacturing processes but varying in thickness and underlayment materials. The product thickness ranges from 3.2mm to 9.5mm, with thickness variations achieved through different amounts of chemical coating application. Underlayment options include cork padding, plastic padding (EVA or IXPE materials), and no padding.

The representative product selected for analysis is the 1 m2 5.00 mm flooring (with cork padding), which accounts for the highest sales volume within the product group.

The product has a reference service life of 15 years under normal indoor use conditions with regular cleaning and maintenance, making it suitable for both residential and commercial applications without restrictions to specific construction types or building categories.
