Aluminium-Clad Steel Wire (ACS)

ACS wire is a composite metallic product developed through a hot extrusion process, in which a uniform layer of high-purity aluminum (alloy type 1370, Al ≥ 99.7%) is continuously deposited onto a high-carbon steel core. Subsequently, the product undergoes a final drawing process to achieve the dimensions, mechanical properties, and electrical characteristics required by the customer.
