Electric Resistance welded (ERW) tubular products in circular, square and rectangular hollow sections

Our Electric Resistance Welded (ERW) pipes are produced using high-frequency welding technology, which delivers a uniform, high-strength weld without the need for filler material. The process ensures a smooth finish and excellent dimensional accuracy, making ERW pipes highly reliable for structural and fluid conveyance applications.

These pipes are manufactured from hot rolled steel coil slits, carefully processed through roll forming and electric resistance welding. The result is a consistent product with a seamless appearance and smooth internal surface, enhancing performance in flow-sensitive applications.

Key Features:

• Manufactured using high-frequency electric resistance welding (ERW) for a strong, consistent seam

• Made from high-quality hot rolled steel coils, slit to the required width

• Offered in a wide range of diameters and wall thicknesses to suit diverse applications

• Smooth internal surface ensures low friction and efficient fluid transport

• Galvanized variants available for enhanced corrosion resistance in harsh environments

• Maintains tight dimensional tolerances and structural uniformity for both pressure and structural uses

These features make ERW pipes suitable for sectors such as water and gas distribution, fire protection systems, oil and gas pipelines, scaffolding, structural frameworks, and industrial machinery.
