Fire Blocker

Fire Blocker is a type-approved and EI-rated fire barrier mesh designed for compartmentation of cavities in eaves and ventilated façades. The product has been tested and type-approved to EI60 in accordance with EN 1364-6:2025, “Open Cavity” – the standard that verifies performance against hot smoke gases in cavities and the ability to seal at an early stage in the event of fire.

The fire mesh is developed in Sweden for Nordic building conditions and is based on a combination of galvanized steel mesh and a compressed graphite intumescent material that expands by more than 500%.
