Prestressing Steel Bar
Prestressing steel bars production is centralized at the Steel Bar Division (Manufacturer Changshu Longteng Rolling Element Co.,Ltd.), covering an area of approximately 70,000 square meters with an annual capacity of about 1.6 million tons. The facility operates 70 specialized intelligent production lines for steel bars.
Prestressing steel bars are used primarily in pipe piles. The main steel grade is 30MnSi, a high-strength low-alloy steel produced through quenching and tempering processes.
The raw material for the product is hot-rolled wire rod produced by Longteng, with available diameters including 7.1 mm, 9.0 mm, 10.7 mm, 12.6 mm, and 14.0 mm. The primary customers are pipe pile manufacturers both domestically and internationally.
