Series 58 Powder Coatings

TIGER Series 58 Powder Coatings is a highly weather-resistant polyester powder coating designed for architectural applications, available in glossy, semi-gloss, and matte finishes with excellent weatherability, good flow, and consistent RAL colors. It complies with AAMA 2604-5 for semi-gloss and matte finishes, offers a theoretical coverage of 10.4–13.8 m²/kg at 60μm, and is packaged in 20kg boxes. Curing parameters range from 170°C to 200°C for 15–40 minutes, and the product demonstrates high performance in adhesion, humidity, salt spray, and Florida weathering tests. It is intended for use by certified applicators following strict processing guidelines.

• Standard packaging: In original boxes of 20 kg each

• Specific gravity (ISO 8130-2): 1.2–1.6 g/cm³ (varies with pigmentation)
