Wasa Lichtgewicht - Milch & Joghurt

The products included in this EPD are Lichtgewicht and Milch & Joghurt, a classic rye bread.

Lichtgewicht and Milch & Joghurt are distributed in Europe and baked in the Celle (Germany) plant where a typical bakery process takes place. The raw materials included in the recipe are mixed together into dough and baked in specific ovens. Following baking, the products are packaged and shipped to distribution centres for market entry.

Wasa Lichtgewicht and Milch & Joghurt comes into 300 g and 230 g packaging format.
