Wasa Zuurdesem Rogge - Roggen Sauerteig

The products included in this EPD are Zuurdesem rogge and Roggen Sauerteig, extra-crisp crispbread with sourdough, rye flour and a touch of malt. 

They are distributed in Europe and baked in the Celle (Germany) plant where a typical bakery process takes place. The raw materials included in the recipe are mixed together into dough and baked in specific ovens.Following baking, the products are packaged and shipped to distribution centres for market entry.

Wasa Zuurdesem Rogge and Roggen Sauerteig comes into 235 g packaging format, and it is ready for consumption.
