Insulated Precast Concrete Wall Panels
Three-layer reinforced concrete wall panels are structural elements consisting of three layers: an outer concrete layer, an inner concrete layer, and an insulating core. The outer layer provides high resistance to mechanical impact, fire resistance, and long-term durability, while the inner layer enhances the panel’s overall strength and load-bearing capacity. The insulating layer ensures effective thermal performance and minimizes heat loss through the building envelope. The layers are interconnected using longitudinal ties.
As a result, the panels combine excellent thermal and acoustic insulation with high durability and resistance to environmental impacts, offering a robust and energy-efficient solution for modern construction.
