Flush Mechanism For Sanitary Installations — Series (Models 8035432783, B661AT, B704A, PRO45B-1, 747E-036-P20)

The products covered by this EPD are mechanically actuated flush valves for WC cisterns (concealed/close-coupled sanitary installations). They are plastic assemblies that control the release of water from the cistern into the toilet bowl during flushing. The series includes five functionally equivalent variants — 8035432783, B661AT, B704A, PRO45B-1, and 747E-036-P20 — manufactured at Fluidmaster Turkey (Key Teknik), Tuzla–İstanbul.

Each valve consists primarily of engineered thermoplastics (notably POM/acetal, HDPE, PVC) with small metal inserts (e.g., stainless-steel stem) and minor auxiliaries (elastomeric seals, labels/adhesives). The reference (declared) unit is 1 piece, with a reference product mass ≈ 0.2321 kg across the covered models. The products are semi-finished building components intended for integration into residential or commercial WC cisterns by OEMs or installers; they do not include electronic actuation, and no process water is used in manufacturing (A3).

The five variants share the same function, manufacturing site, and processes, with minor differences in bill-of-materials details (e.g., small mass or colour variations). In accordance with PCR 2019:14 (v2.0.1) – Construction Products, this EPD represents multiple products based on a representative product (Model 747E-036-P20), which reflects the typical configuration and average composition across the assessed portfolio. Other covered models fall within the variation range reported in Annex/Table [1] for all indicators.
