Wasa Runda Kanel - Crisp Creations cinnamon

The products included in this EPD are Runda Kanel and Crisp Creations cinnamon, which are small round cinnamon & wheat crispbreads.

They are distributed in Northern Europe (as Runda Kanel) and in US (as Crisp Creations Cinnamon). Products are baked in the Celle (Germany) plant where a typical bakery process takes place. The raw materials included in the recipe are mixed together into dough and baked in specific ovens. Following baking, the products are packaged and shipped to distribution centres for market entry.

These products come into 330 g (Runda Kanel) and 267 g (Crisp Creations cinnamon) packaging format, and are ready for consumption.
