Incineration Bottom Ash Aggregate (IBAA) / Slaggrus

The incineration bottom ash aggregate (IBAA) is produced from the incineration bottom ash (IBA) that arise from the incineration for energy recovery of waste at Sysav's waste-to-energy plant. The waste comes from both industries and households in the Malmö region. The product has a grain size of 0/40 mm and can be used as construction material as sub-base for roads, streets, storage areas and parking lots, or as levelling layer for landfill capping.
