Thermalite Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Block (AAC)
The target product range of this study is a thermalite AAC blocks – J0* / J1 / J2 / JHD / JHD*– produced with varying densities, 400 kg/m3, 480 kg/m3, 525 kg/m3, 600 kg/m3 and 700 kg/m3. The composition of the thermalite AAC block are composed by following components:
Raw materials:
(i) Desert dune silica sand
(ii) Ordinary Portland Cement
(iii) Quick lime
(iv) Aluminium powder
Packaging materials:
(i) Polypropylene (PP) straps
(ii) Wooden pallet
