The production of end plate products is mainly concentrated in the Longteng End Plate Finished Product Branch Factory (Manufacturer Changshu Longteng Rolling Element Co.,Ltd.), with a total investment of approximately 100 million yuan and an annual production capacity of 500,000 tons. It includes 8 high-speed fully automatic end plate production lines, featuring 8 vertical sawing machines, 32 six-axis welding robots, 16 handling robots, 40 fully automatic lathes, 48 fully automatic punching machines and 40 fully automatic drilling and tapping machines. It is a fully automatic intelligent production line that leads the nation and even the world. The end plate finished product production line connects each process through electrical automation, meeting the processing technology requirements while achieving fully automatic high-speed production. The main steel grade of this product is Q235B and Q275., with an outer diameter ranging from 250 to 1200mm. The main sales targets are pipe pile factories. The final applications may include construction, ports, bridges, railways and other industries.
