JI TF Wall 1100 Low Carbon

JI TF Wall 1100 Low Carbon is an insulated panel with through-fixings. This cladding panel can be installed both vertically and horizontally. The sandwich panel consists of a micro-profiled outer steel sheet, a core of polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam without harmful CFC-HCFC compounds, and a lightly profiled inner steel sheet. These walls are perfectly suitable for projects with high thermal requirements in agricultural, industrial, and commercial sectors, such as cooling and refrigeration applications. The steel used in this product is low carbon steel. This means that it has a much smaller environmental impact than the production of non-low carbon steel, which reduces the overall environmental impact of this panel.

The reference product used for this study considers the product JI TF Wall 1100 Low Carbon. This EPD is an average EPD for JI TF Wall 1100 Low Carbon produced in 2 different manufacturing sites: in Belgium (Zwevezele) and Germany (Ansbach).

The reference product has a total steel weight of 8.187 kg and a foam thickness of 100mm. The steel weight is the weighted average of all configurations produced during reference year 2023 across the 2 different sites. Allocated according to production volumes in the year 2023, 89% from Zwevezele, 11% from Ansbach.
