Walki®Wall Reflex Film
This LCA covers the reflective vapour control layers (VCL) and wind barriers (WB) based on metallized films manufactured by Walki Group Oy factory in Duffel, Belgium.
The vapour control layers are used to increase the insulation capacity and enable faster dehydration. Metallized layer offers low emissivity value which minimize the house energy loss. A well-functioning vapour control layer protects the property and significantly extends the life of the structure and allows you to economize energy efficiently and at the same time increase thermal insulation as it limits the amount of convection in the underlying insulation.
Walki®Wall Reflex PP NW 120 and Walki®Wall Reflex PP NW 140 are reflective VCLs. They are age-resistant and manufactured with metallized biaxially oriented polypropylene (mBOPP) film laminated to PP non-woven polypropylene (PP) fabric with polypropylene (PP) polymer.
Reflective wind barriers are used for the protection of facades against wind, rain and moisture. They are applied in case of facade insulation systems and offer low emissivity performance. Perforated structure ensures very good diffusion-open properties that allow moisture and vapour to migrate out of the façade system.
Walki®Wall Reflex PP NW 120P and Walki®Wall Reflex PP NW 140P are perforated reflective wind barriers. They are age-resistant ae manufactured with metallized biaxially oriented polypropylene (mBOPP) film laminated to PP non-woven polypropylene (PP) fabric with polypropylene (PP) polymer. Structure is perforated.
The products are manufactured with coextrusion laminating.
