Guangzhou color-coated steel is manufactured to GB/T 12754-2019, using high-quality substrates such as GI, GL, ZAM, Al-Mg-Mn, and stainless steel. Advanced roll-coating technology applies multiple layers of durable paints—including PE, SMP, HDP, PVDC, and epoxy—followed by curing for superior corrosion resistance, durability, and formability.

Featuring 40–70% nano-particles and self-healing materials, our proprietary coating technology dramatically enhances standard polyester systems (PE/SMP/HDP), extending rust protection life by up to 10x–30x, especially in harsh industrial environments with acid/alkali exposure.
