DW CONTRACT AXMINSTER

Axminster is a woven carpet quality. We produce custom design Axminster carpet using pre dyed and undyed yarns in an 80/20 wool blend.

In 2023 we invested in one of the most modern Axminster setups in the world, including a highspeed loom with a 100% automated creel system. The loom receives yarn from 8.880 separate cylinders which are automatically filled up by robots, resulting in zero downtime between projects.

In 2024, we further modernized our Axminster production by investing in a similar setup with a high-speed loom and a 100% automated creel system, thereby doubling our Axminster production capacity.

Contract Axminster is using up to 8 colours and range from 1100 g/m2 to 2300 g/m2 and 400 cm weaving widths. This makes it possible to optimize the carpet consumption and by that to minimize installation costs.

Axminster carpets are used for areas where longevity and design flexibility are essential. The high quality is suitable for public areas like main halls, corridors, and restaurants and gives a feeling of ultimate luxury and a perfect indoor climate.
