EAF Steel Wind Turbine Tower Flange

This product is a wind turbine tower flange, a core structural component for the sectional connection of wind turbine generator towers, and a key load-bearing unit that guarantees the structural integrity of the tower and the safe operation of the wind turbine. This product is mainly manufactured from low-alloy high-strength steel produced by the Electric Arc Furnace (EAF) process. The product series includes three specific types: upper flange, middle flange and lower flange. These types differ only in the specific molds used during the forming process; the same raw materials and manufacturing processes are applied to all of them.
