Low voltage cables U-1000 R2V
General Cavi's U-1000 R2V family consists of 0.6/1 kV low voltage power cables designed for the transport and distribution of power in industrial and civil installations, both indoors and outdoors, even in the presence of moisture and water. The cables are made with rigid red copper conductors, cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation and PVC outer sheath, with flame retardant properties and good resistance to mechanical stress and atmospheric agents (including sunlight/UV rays).
The cables covered by this EPD (U-1000 R2V family) are classified according to PSR-0001-ed4-EN-2022 11 16 in the category ‘Wires and cables for power transmission’, i.e. electrical cables intended for power transmission by means of one or more conductors protected by insulation and an outer sheath, installed as permanent wiring inside buildings, underground, suspended, submarine, exposed, etc.
