Wire Rods, Bhilai Steel Plant- Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL)

Wire Rods are long steel products widely used as raw material in the manufacturing of a variety of downstream products such as wires, fasteners, springs, ropes, mesh, and reinforcement products. The wire rods covered under this Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) are manufactured at Bhilai Steel Plant using an integrated steelmaking route and conform to relevant Indian Standards such as IS 7887, IS 2879, IS 1786, or equivalent international specifications, depending on grade and application.
