Magnelis (Metallic Coated Sheet)

Magnelis is a next-generation metallic coated steel developed to offer advanced corrosion protection and longevity for the harshest operating environments. Produced by immersing steel sheets in a molten bath containing 93.5% zinc, 3.5% aluminium, and 3% magnesium, Magnelis creates a compact, self-healing barrier that is highly resistant to both atmospheric and chemical corrosion. This innovative blend, combined with a tightly controlled hot-dip galvanizing process, results in a uniform and adherent protective layer that extends protection to processed areas such as cut edges and welded zones where traditional galvanized steel would typically fail.
