Sanipure Composite and Solid Surface

The composite sanitary ware products consist of an orthophthalic polyester resin matrix filled with calcium carbonate, reinforced with glass fibre and finished with a gelcoat surface layer. Products are manufactured through direct spray and hand lay-up onto moulds, followed by chemical curing using Butanox 50M catalyst and cobalt acetate accelerator, demoulding, finishing and packaging. No PMMA acrylic thermoforming is involved
