C-Floor polyurethane and polyaspartic coatings for flooring

This EPD covers a set of six polyurethane and polyaspartic bicomponent coatings for flooring applications manufactured by CIN in Maia, Portugal.

C-FLOOR PU310 SL (7F-311 + 7F-312) is a self-levelling polyurethane coating for floors and horizontal concrete surfaces. Because it is very resistant to abrasion, C-FLOOR PU310 SL is especially recommended as a wear layer for coatings in car parks and garages. Due to its excellent bonding to polyurea membranes, C-FLOOR PU310 SL can be applied as a polyurea primer on asphalt fabrics with mineral self-protection, PVC fabrics, polyurethane foam and wood, which are commonly found in roofing. 

C-FLOOR PU320 HB (7F-321 + 7F-322) is a polyurethane glossy coating for steel and concrete floors, indoors and outdoors. Due to its mechanical properties, it is suitable as a topcoat for industrial floors, car parks, garages and warehouses subject to moderate foot and vehicle traffic, such as cars, lorries and forklifts. C-FLOOR PU320 HB can also be used as a topcoat in waterproofing systems for roofs and swimming pools. Flexible and satin versions are available, by combining with suitable additives.

C-FLOOR PU330 SAT (7F-331 + 7F-332) is a polyurethane satin coating for floors and concrete surfaces with excellent weather resistance and colour retention. It has also high abrasion resistance and excellent resistance to hot tire pick-up. It can also be used as a topcoat for the watertight parking systems.

C-FLOOR VARNISH PU360 (7F-361 + 7F-362) is an aliphatic polyurethane glossy varnish recommended for concrete floor surfaces. This varnish can also be used as a sealant in non-slip, and coloured silica schemes.

C-FLOOR VARNISH PU385 MATT (7F-386 + 7F-387) is an aliphatic polyurethane matt varnish recommended for concrete floor surfaces. Due to its very good chemical resistance, this varnish can be applied in industrial environments.

C-FLOOR PAS810 FD (7F-811 + 7F-812) is a polyaspartic coating recommended for the protection and waterproofing of concrete floors, for both indoors and outdoors sites. C-FLOOR PAS810 FD can be applied as a resistant, washable and waterproof topcoat in industrial and commercial facilities and warehouses, especially in situations where rapid commissioning is required.
