Pre-mixed lightweight screeds for indoor and outdoor application

The products included in this EPD are pre-mixed lightweight screed, supplied in bags for indoor and outdoor use. They are intended for flooring and thermal insulation applications in building construction.

They are composed of cement hydraulic binders, lightweight aggregates, and selected aggregates, with possible addition of additives to improve workability and performance.

Depending on the product, the manufacturing process and the absence of harmful emissions make it suitable for sustainable construction as certified by ANAB-ICEA, the Italian Accreditation Institute.

The products are factory-produced with controlled composition to ensure consistent performance and are supplied as dry ready to use mixes requiring only the addition of water on site. The application fields include lightweight screeds, insulating layers, and substrate preparation for flooring systems, including for the application of “wet-on-wet” flooring. Thanks to its semi- dry “damp soil” consistency it can also be applied to sloping or uneven surfaces and can be shaped to create details.

The products are classified as non-combustible with reaction to fire Euroclass A1.
