Webertherm CIRCLE System

The Webertherm Circle System is an External Thermal Insulation Composite System (ETICS) for façades, developed in accordance with EN 15804+A2:2019/AC:2021 and the Construction Products Regulation (CPR). It is based on circular economy principles, enabling full disassembly and recyclability at the end of its service life.

The system uses high-density mineral wool insulation boards (Euroclass A1), providing excellent thermal and acoustic performance, as well as durability through a reinforced multilayer configuration. Its fully mechanical fixation and separation layer design (without adhesive mortar) allows all components to be cleanly dismantled and recycled. It can be finished with organic coatings from the Webertene range, ensuring protection and long-term façade durability.

System Components and Application Details:

• Supply and installation of rigid mineral wool insulation boards (Webertherm TF), mechanically fixed to the substrate using webertherm anchoring systems (minimum approx. 10 fixings/m²). The boards are installed horizontally in staggered rows without adhesive mortar, requiring a suitably even substrate.

• Placement of mineral wool plugs (webertherm tapa LM) to cover fixing points and ensure continuity of insulation.

• Application of a first levelling layer of webertherm base, incorporating a separation reinforcement mesh (webertherm malla 320) positioned close to the insulation layer to enable clean separation during dismantling. 

• Application of a second reinforced base coat (6–8 mm) with embedded fiberglass mesh (webertherm malla 320), providing mechanical resistance and system robustness. 

• Execution of corners, edges, and singular points following standard ETICS detailing. 

• Final finishing with compatible coatings from the webertene range, ensuring aesthetic performance and protection against environmental agents.
