Starken Skim Coat Base Series comprises polymer-modified cementitious drymix mortars designed as base coats for surface levelling and preparation prior to final finishing. It is supplied as a pre-blended powder of cementitious binders, graded fillers, polymers, and additives. When mixed with water, it forms a mortar suitable for thin to medium layer application to correct surface irregularities and provide a uniform base.
