Nylon BCF yarns
The Nylon BCF yarns is a bulky continuous filament composed of multiple filament bundles. It is manufactured using nylon chips as the primary raw material, supplemented with master batch and spinning finish, through processes including melt extrusion, drawing, bulking (texturizing), cooling, interlacing, and winding. It exhibits excellent elasticity and abrasion resistance. Available in specifications ranging from 660 dtex to 4600 dtex, the yarn comes in two color categories: natural (greige) and solution-dyed. Upon delivery to customers, the products are primarily used in tufted carpets, carpet tiles, woven carpets, handmade carpets, automotive carpets, and aviation carpets. Their application fields span commercial, residential, automotive, and aviation sectors.
