Solid precast concrete insulated wall (Half Sandwich)

Gripen Betongelement AB exterior walls have an inner load-bearing layer of concrete and one layer of insulation. The walls are covered on site with the material that forms a facade; bricks, wood, boards and tiles. These are common claddings and always comes with an air gap. The walls can be prepared with Z-profiles which facilitate the installation of wood, boards or tiles. The walls have a very low U-value and can be obtained with different types of insulation, such as white styrofoam, grey styrofoam, PIR or fenol.

With an inner layer of concrete you get a dense, durable and heat-resistant wall for a good and even indoor climate.
