ESP hot rolled pickled cold formed steel plate and strip is the first domestic steel enterprise to introduce the quantum electric furnace + ESP endless casting and rolling strip production line from Primetals Technologies. The entire production line, from continuous casting to the finished product coiler, does not exceed 190 meters, making it an ultra-short process. With high casting speeds and precise, stable continuous casting and rolling process control, the production from molten steel casting to finished strip steel can be completed within 7 minutes. Product specifications cover thicknesses of 0.7mm–4.0mm and widths of 900mm–1,600mm. This EPD is multiple products’ EPD, based on the average results of the product group, the thickness of the product varies from 0.7- 4.0mm. The product content under study has a minimal difference in composition, not exceeding 10%, as for all products, the iron content is above 97%, and the carbon content is below 0.3%.
