Precast concrete products - Hollow-core slabs

This EPD covers prestressed hollow-core slabs manufactured by Perdanga – precast concrete elements used for floors and roofs, produced according to the floor layout provided by the client. Slab end geometries can be customized as required, including diagonal or stepped cuts, along with openings and service penetrations. The economical voided cross-section provides an efficient strength-to-weight ratio and a smooth soffit finish, and load-bearing capacity and prestressing reinforcement are determined for each slab using specialized structural analysis software. All products are certified by the Construction Products Certification Centre (SPSC) and comply with certification requirements in Lithuania, Sweden and Norway. Each slab bears a factory quality control (QC) mark; slabs without a valid QC mark must not be installed.
