Precast concrete products - Solid walls

This EPD covers single-layer reinforced concrete solid wall elements manufactured by Perdanga. They are generally reinforced with two layers of reinforcement mesh, and may incorporate openings for mechanical, electrical and plumbing services, recesses or channels for electrical installations, and embedded steel plates, inserts or connection components; flexible wire rope loops are commonly provided along the vertical edges to form joints between adjacent elements. Solid wall elements may also serve as the base of an external wall structure, with thermal insulation subsequently fixed to the external face and finished with plaster or cladding. Each element bears a factory quality control mark; elements without a valid mark must not be installed.
