Precast concrete products - Stairs

This EPD covers precast reinforced concrete stairs manufactured by Perdanga. Perdanga LLC produces individual stair flights, separate landings, and stair units combining flights with one or two landings, as well as customized staircase solutions. Stairs can be supplied with a smooth exposed concrete surface suitable for direct use, or with a surface prepared for additional finishing materials such as tiles, stone or wood, and lifting anchors and connection details are incorporated according to the project requirements. Compared with cast-in-situ stair construction, precast stairs provide consistent, factory-controlled quality and dimensional accuracy. Each element bears a factory quality control mark; elements without a valid mark must not be installed.
