Precast concrete products - Insulated walls

This EPD covers prefabricated three-layer (sandwich) reinforced concrete façade panels manufactured by Perdanga, consisting of an external reinforced concrete layer, an intermediate thermal insulation layer and an internal reinforced concrete load-bearing layer, connected by suitable structural connectors. The reinforced concrete layers provide high thermal mass, reducing indoor temperature fluctuations and heating and cooling energy demand, while the intermediate layer provides the required thermal resistance. Panels are available with a wide range of façade finishes, including natural exposed concrete, paintable surfaces, ceramic tile or clinker brick slips, and textured, graphic, coloured or polished concrete surfaces. Each element bears a factory quality control mark; elements without a valid mark must not be installed.
