Precast concrete products - Balconies

This EPD covers precast reinforced concrete balconies manufactured by Perdanga. To reduce thermal bridging and improve the building's energy performance, the balcony connections incorporate thermal insulation connectors between the balcony and the building structure, and balconies are either connected directly to the floor slabs or supported by external columns depending on the project. The elements are produced in accordance with the applicable Eurocodes and relevant European standards, and are designed to withstand permanent and variable loads as well as environmental exposure, ensuring long-term durability. They are available with various surface finishes and connection solutions. Each element bears a factory quality control mark; elements without a valid mark must not be installed.
