BITUTHENE® 4000 waterproofing membrane is a robust, flexible, pre-formed membrane composed of a high performance, cross laminated HDPE carrier film with a super sticky, self-adhesive rubberised bitumen compound.

BITUTHENE® waterproofing membranes provide waterproofing for buried structures in building and civil engineering structures (protection of buried walls and slabs and waterproofing of casings).

BITUTHENE® waterproofing membranes also provide an essential barrier against dangerous gases such as methane, carbon dioxide, radon and volatile organic compounds that can seep into the structure. This means that a single membrane can act as a barrier against both water and gases from contaminated soil.
