Steel Profiles MTC SK

Steel profile, open or closed (welded), with wall thickness ranging from of 1,0 to 3,5 mm. Various shapes of open profiles are produced by the steel forming lines, and one of them is equipped with a punching press. Profiles with a maximum wall thickness of 3.0 mm can be produced.

Various shapes of holes can be cut in the welded profiles by the state-of-the-art laser cutting machine, which is primarily used for door PVC profiles.

A wide range of reinforcement profiles is produced in accordance with:

• EN 10162: Cold rolled steel sections – Technical delivery conditions – Dimensional and cross-sectional tolerances,

• EN 10305-3: Steel tubes for precision applications – Technical delivery conditions – Part 3: Welded cold-sized tubes.
