Solar Gard® Anti-Graffiti up to 2 mil and Decorative films

This EPD describes the Solar Gard® Anti-Graffiti and Decorative films up to 2 mil. These products have a warranty period of 10 years respectively 5 years for the anti-graffiti film. Warranty is subject to conditions. Up to date information can be found on www.solargard.eu. The expected average service life longer provided when the specified conditions for installation, use and maintenance are followed. Consider however that anti-graffiti films are intended as sacrificial surface protection. which is outside the warranty.

This EPD covers 4 decorative films and 1 graffiti film. The reference product for the group of products covered in this EPD is Solar Gard CLEAR FROST RA.

CLEAR FROST RA is a decorative film, intended for visual comfort, fading protection and privacy but still offers a level of heat rejection: total solar energy rejection (TSER) of 35% on single glass and 37% on an insulated glass unit (IGU) consisting of 2 standard clear panes. The Infrared Energy rejected (IRER) is 31% on single clear glass.

All products meet Class A+ (Volatile Organic Compounds – VOC) tested according to EN ISO 16000 2,3 (2011) and 5,6 (2012) and meet 13238B-s1, d0 (Reaction to fire - European Construction Products Directive/EN SBI 13238).
