Superfine® particleboard

Superfine® and Superfine MR® are medium density, grainless, resin bonded particleboard panels finished with a fine uniform surface. 

Panels are manufactured at Laminex® Taupo using renewable New Zealand Radiata Pine saw dust and shavings from a neighbouring sawmill. These products carry Eco Choice Aotearoa Certification. 

Ongoing testing over a wide range of applications has shown Superfine® performs exceptionally well as a substrate when it comes to lamination, stability and moisture absorption.

Superfine® particleboard is typically used in the construction of furniture, and when laminated, is used in cabinets and general-purpose interior building panels.

This document complies with the requirements for a product specific EPD under the New Zealand Green Building Council rating system and the Infrastructure Sustainability (IS) rating scheme of the Infrastructure Sustainability Council for Australia and New Zealand.
