PCR description
The validity period of this PCR (version 4.0.5) was extended from 2025-05-24 to 2026-05-24 due to the delay of the PCR development for food and beverage products.
This document provides Product Category Rules (PCR) for the assessment of the lifecycle environmental performance of "uncooked pasta, not stuffed or otherwise prepared" (UN CPC 2371) as well as for the declaration of such performance by an Environmental Product Declaration.
