PCR description
This document provides Product Category Rules (PCR) for the assessment of the environmental performance of Nonwovens for clothing, protective clothing and upholstery (for different purposes other than building and agricultural materials) and the declaration of this performance by an EPD. The product category corresponds to a subset of UN CPC 27922 Nonwovens.
It was previously stated that the PCR will , when expired, be replaced by PCR 2022:04 Fabrics. But the scope of PCR 2022:04 was adjusted to exclude nonwovens, so this PCR will continue to be updated with a prolonged expiration date.
