PCR description
This c-PCR was updated 2025-04-22 with editorial changes and a prolonged validity until 2027-12-19.
This is a complementary PCR (c-PCR) and further specification of PCR 2019:14 Construction products, to be used for the assessment of the environmental performance of Road infrastructure (UN CPC 53211 and subsets of UN CPC 53221 and UN CPC 53222) and the declaration of this performance by an EPD following EN 15804+A2.
The c-PCR replaces PCR 2013:20 Highways (except elevated highways), streets and roads, which is a stand-alone PCR based on EN 15804+A1. The c-PCR has a broader scope than PCR 2013:20.
