PCR description
This PCR is an adoption of UL 10010-13 for Builders Hardware from UL Solutions: International EPD System Adopts UL Solutions PCR Framework to Expand Support for North American Manufacturers | EPD International.

- EPDs published under this PCR cannot claim compliance with EN 15804, as all EN 15804-compliant EPDs shall follow PCR 2019:14 and the associated ECO Platform standards. The statement in an EPD shall clarify what international standard the EPD complies with (e.g., ISO 21930).
- To comply with EN 15804, the c-PCR Building hardware (EN 17610) (c-PCR to PCR 2019:14) | EPD International shall be used instead.
- For LCA method rules, the PCR shall be used together with the Part A PCR referred to in the PCR, and not together with our corresponding main PCR (e.g., PCR 2019:14 Construction products).
- For non LCA method rules, the PCR shall follow the GPI (e.g., the verificaton procedure).
- This PCR may be used as a basis for a pre-verified tool, excluding fully pre-verified tool, according to the requirements outlined in the GPI.
